Shipping & delivery

Where we ship from. Paw & Dwell products are sent directly from our supplier's warehouses in China. We don't currently hold stock in Australia, and we don't offer express post or local pick-up.

Where we ship to. We currently ship within Australia.

Dispatch time. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time. Based on measured shipping times for this catalogue, delivery typically takes 6–17 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — international parcels can be delayed by customs, weather or carrier volumes.

Shipping cost. Shown at checkout before you pay.

More than one item. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive as separate parcels, sometimes on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

If your order hasn't arrived. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, email us at support@pawanddwell.com with your order number and we'll investigate and put it right.
