These terms apply to your use of the Paw & Dwell website (pawanddwell.com) and to any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us. Paw & Dwell is an online store selling pet gear and accessories, operated by WebAlly (ABN 39 875 207 733) from Victoria, Australia.

Products & pricing. We try to describe and price our products accurately. Occasionally an error may occur (for example, an incorrect price, or an item going out of stock with our supplier after you've ordered) — if that happens, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders & payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is no longer available). Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping & delivery. See our Shipping policy for where we ship from and to, and estimated delivery times. We don't make same-day, next-day or guaranteed-date delivery promises.

Returns, faults & refunds. See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits our liability in a way the law doesn't allow.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
